triceps r strong, idk i lost 2 reps with +5kg, should of got 6 reps rly.

edit: the 3 sets of 6 were easy, im just setting myself up for a little progressional program.

When you are standing, you are vertical.  I guess most people that do military must be thick as fuck.    If you have your bench anywhere above 60 degrees though, I'm really struggling to see how you can over hand curl 75kg bar to chin level.  Anywhere below 60 and I'd say it is closer to incline bench than military.
