oppinion?

if u dont train ur body has no reason to keep muscle so you'll just lose it.. so their wrong.. but yes on this cut i did i just focus'd on getting stronger cos i think thats easier, cos if what they say is true, that you do lose muscle no matter what then i might as well gain some strength, also i dont think ive lost any mass tbh..
