Last time i cycled up on incline dbs, they were my 2nd exercise after low rep flat db and did 40s for 4. improvements here, time to go back down to 35s. rolling tricep extension 7.5s x8 12.5s x8 17.5s x11 not doing these again my elbow felt like it was going to break tricep pushdown (elbows pinned to side) 50x10 70x16
