Reevesy Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 29/02/2012 deadlift 60x8 100x6 140x15 lol fucking solid didnt really rest inbetween these sets. fucking took like 5 mins to get breath back after the main set hammer pulldown (contracting back and holding the rep) 40x10 80x6 100x17 chest support tbar row (contracting) 20x10 45x10 shrugs 60x12 110x20 barbell curl (strict) barx8 37.5x11 did some squats; barx8 60x5 80x20 pretty hard lol. 1 hour of treadmill 918 cals, 10 incline.
