Reevesy Posted April 23, 2012 Author Posted April 23, 2012 forgot to log chest other day cba copy pasting 23/04/2012 deadlift 140x2 182.5x1 its really quite a sick joke how much harder deadlifting is after taking a month off and losing 15kg bw. this was easier than 180 last time so gonna continue adding 2.5kg each time till i peak out then work on rep stuff. perfect form romanian deadlifts 100x15 shrug squeezy etc 60x30 rear delt raise lying on bench 7.5s x30 continuous 15 min incline walk 40 min crosstrainer 3 min walk, 2 min fast run. walk home etc
