Reevesy Posted April 25, 2012 Author Posted April 25, 2012 how much have u lost since u started cutting? bout 33lb in 8 weeks its stalled for past week so im calorie cycling now. todays training, 25/04 t-bar 30x38 lol holy hell. was expecting 25 tops air machine pulldown lvl 40 x15 shit gonna do underhand grip or something next time, cannot get the bar to chest with this form close grip e-z bar curl 30x19 wide grip e-z bar curl 30x12 and 3 assisted reps during the curls i could see bicep veins in full range of motion of the curl. this is a new thing so good stuff 30 minutes cross trainer 20 min incline walk 10 min cross trainer

Reevesy Posted May 1, 2012 Author Posted May 1, 2012 squat to paralel box 120x7 (FUCK YE 4 REP GAIN) dro psetted to 102.5x4, very happy with tihs. leg extensions worked up to lvl 45, 15 reps, drop setted to 35 15 reps, lvl 25 10 reps lvl 15 4 reps fucked quads wreckin. calf raises like triple superset continuously cba writing everything down but standing calf raises up to 100kg abs same thing did crunches supersetted with planks and weighted planks crunch machine couple sets drop set etc. fucked

Reevesy Posted May 6, 2012 Author Posted May 6, 2012 yes ben, i am. 06/05 squat to paralel box 122.5x11 (holy mother fucking shit) drop setted to 100x8 ^^ form felt better than usual too. so very happy with this lol straight into quad extensions worked up to; lvl 50x15 dropsetted to lvl 40x8 dropsetted to lvl 30x8 dropsetted to lvl 20x8 my calves r still wrecked atm from last time so ill do them in two days time with deadlift shit. ab machine, worked up to lvl 50x20,6 straight into a bodyweight plank for 1.5-2mins didnt time. figured now i think training abs makes me feel sick lol ah well.
