(1 min rests) 35x10 35x7 35x5 35x3 (25 reps total) db shrugs (squeezing) just 27.5s for 2 sets of 15 didnt wanna rape my back 15 min incline walk(end was a run) 10 min crosstrainer.

Reevesy Posted June 19, 2012 Author Posted June 19, 2012 19/06 just went to the gym and back to spot mate and talk to friends to pass time... i timed my cycling there it took me 7 minutes to travel 1.75 miles this includes time waiting to cross roads etc. makes about a 15mph average, i was well surprised lol

(a straight arm is 180 degrees go figure) also as for my progress im no where near satisfied yet, im cutting again but no where near as furiously and fast lol, just going for the typical pound a week approach, cba being a weak ass bitch again (depleted)
