Was expecting more considering how much my dumbbell overhead has progressed arnold press 20s x8 25s x8 27.5s x7 these were pretty cool, might do again but deffinately going back to db shoulder as my primary exercise. side raises 7.5s x15 7.5s x15 10s x12 rear raises lying on incline bench. (strict) 5s x12 7.5s x12 7.5s x12 7.5s x15
