Reevesy Posted August 8, 2012 Author Posted August 8, 2012 08/08/2012 very good day flatback bench barx25 60x6 80x3 100x1 supposed to do 115 but skipped it, glad i did 120x9 previous pb was 4 or 5 reps lol i then arched back to see what i could come up with, and managed.. 140x4 very very happy. incline bench 60x3 90x9 close grip bench 60x3 100x10 PB. skullcrusher (bringing bar to back of skull) 30x5 45x8 pb of some sort, never even touched this weight. pec deck 50x10 70x10 pb. not that it matters.

(cba with barbell today) 20s x8 30s x6 40s x4 50s x3 60s x4 lol fuck yeah so very happy with this.. incline barbell 60x3 80x2 100x8 2 rep pr for me. pressed for time, had to be somewhere very soon close grip bench 60x4 100x2 120x5 EASY. old record was 1 rep on this weight. 6th rep i only failed cause i threw it back over my face lol skullcrusher barx6 45x14... last time i did 50x7 lol. super incline machine 40x10 60x5 had to go.
