took couple pics today

getting bigger thats for sure... and slowly leaner, though i should be losing 1.5lb of fat a week.

might wanna do some flys m8 :happy:

that instead of trying to become some sort of odd looking power lifter, follow the zyzz ideology and hit the dumbell flys to avoid the pigeon chest look :tongue:

rofl u aware pigeon chest is actually when someones sternum is deformed and points outwards? my chest is small because i allways did arched back bench. i dont do this now and my chest has grown pretty well in the past month

well today was good. 210kg was the plan but i went straight for 220, so i got a 20kg pb and it was for more than one rep!

when did i ever say i was a 'weight lifter' weightlifters are olympic lifters. and i just want to be ridiculously strong whilst being lean. working on both atm obv.

no can't be arsed with it anymore, the first time was fucking amazing, 2nd time alright, 3rd shit. just using dat dere celltech now and ill cut till the end of cycle then CLEAN/SLOW bulk when i come off to continue gaining. expecting some form of abs this time around lol, shouldnt be fucking hard i think im about 15-16%? right now ill send u a couple pics or summin and you can tell me what you think i am, as youve obviously been higher and lower bf than me currently.

tren acetate test prop masteron prop (a blend). and cool im slightly leaner now aswell and heavier. in this next month i want to drop about 6-8lb of fat then ill come off and i want to be somewhat happy with where i am. like room for error when i bulk. will be my first long bulk lol.

so far on cycle ive gained a fucking shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit ton of strength, a hefty amount of mass and leaned up very slightly so i do have high hopes for this cut on it :p.
