okay guys i have a new objective, its to my understanding that under 18 in the GBPF is 18 years and 364 days old.

The record for under 18s 120kg catagory is 212.5/137.5/240 = 547.5 1208lb

The record for under 18s 120kg+catagory is 220/145/227.5 = 527.5 1164lb

providing that i am correct on the assumption of age, being 17 right now turning 18 in november, this gives me about 450 days to beat these records, which i am going to do so in time lol. i believe im at 160/140/220 =520 at the moment, still working my way up on squat and my deadlift form is poo as of late, so these are rough estimates. im bulking at the moment for a few more months then ill be trimming up probably cut down to about 110kg b/w, by this point i should be reltively lean and ready to rebulk and gain strength.. i should be over 600kg total, i hope lol, anyway wish me luck in my conquest!

Good luck. But I find it hard to imagine that the record is only less than 1200 lbs? Some of my friends are well into 1000 club and they are about 180 lbs or so.

british record, not many brits r athletic mate. you americans have gyms at all schools and get buff for football teams, we dont do ANYTHING likoe this. about 1-3 people each year group end up going to the gym srsly.

its fine i just need to widen my foot stance lol, so that i can still leg drive hard but ass wont come up. like close grip wide grip distance to chest concept, its the same with legs 2 the floor. the bench is only like a foot and a half tall.

Oh I see. Very interesting, I had to have 2 years in gym class dedicated to learning the machines/weights and proper form etc, part of a grade lol. I watched the videos and do you touch your chest when you bench? For me I lay flat on the bench and just tighten my body and then let the bar touch my chest and go, I wonder what would happen if I started to arch?

didnt u click the videos i sent? lol and arching is better for ur shoulders since it makes rom smaller, also stops too much rotation on the shoulder cos o fthis

lol thats not close grip and do you really have to bounce it. ur meaning this as a tricep exercise?

seems like you're so focused on the weight involved that ur sacrificing form and even the correct muscle groups that ur supposed to be targetting with the exercise.

yeah its a close grip. its about 3 or 4 inches in each side, therefore making it close®
