Your shoulder stats are disproportionate to your bench/deadlift lol.

And on a smith machine, I don't think the bar is anywhere near 44 lbs, it's 15 lbs MAX because it's sooo light.

So your numbers are off .. also I do 50x8 on DB shoulder press and can barely do 135 lbs+ on military.

Check your numbers m8. And STFU Env, we all saw the vid and I agree with Walli and Reevesy.

You're a deadlifting beast. I'm catching up though, 315x3 without rack pulling. Gratz on PR. You wear a belt whilst deadlifting? I don't, I just use gloves now cause my callouses ripped open.

55x4...121lb fail5th jesus christ @ lactic acid. didn't rest much between sets, 45-60 secs tops

db side raises supersetted with cable side raises.
