for people who didn't know back in runescape classic when you did something bad and you were reported and pretty sure jagex would roll back a stat. if you only had hp then the hp would have been rolled back... Thats what i heard so if iam wrong don't be mad

You're wrong. Back in classic 10 HP was 1k XP. In RS2 10 HP was more XP, so when you played classic & didn't train, you got transfered 1k XP to RS2.

45+23 (number of level 1s)=68(his total level in case you didn't know)

Before making claims such as this, trying using basic elementary math skills to see if you are actually correct.
