I wouldn't go down that route, if you want to burn fat go for a cycle before breakfast ( that way your body has little / no carbs due to them being used up for bodily functions through out the night) when you get back eat something (like wholemeal toast) and then do weight training around 6-8 hours later, remembering to eat little at regular intervals to keep that metabolism going!

Often these weight loss pills are shams, and are rarely good for your body!

At the moment i currently do this.

Wake up 6:30 am

Breatfast is this special K fruit and nut bullshit my mum buys lol =D

Bike to work at 7:30 ~ 5 miles roughly

Brew break at 10 ~ have some sort of snack or sumin which is normally fruit.

dinner at 12:30 ~ normally have a tin of tuna or sardines with either a grilled chicken and salad if i cooked 1 night before or a ham butty with salad and a yoghurt

brew break at 3 ~ again normally another piece of fruit.

finish work at 5 ~ Bike to gym 1-2 miles

Gym doing work out for 90 mins roughly

Bike home from gyom ~3-4 mile etc...

this takes me to around 7pm which is when i have my tea which is normally a decentish meal w/e my mum has made tbh lol.

I have cnp pro recover shake after ive biked home from gym.

that is my routine when i go gym which is most days.

Tuesdays i swap gym for rugby training.

With a good diet u dont need them, they are fucking bad for u anyway and mess ur bowels up etc.. seems ur doing a good job anyway without, stick to the fibre

fat burners suck dick, just eat healthy all the while exercising as you've been

can't ask for much more than you are currently doing, especially if you keep it up...you'll only keep progressing and progressing strength+ fat-

Just carry on as you are man, you seem to be doing well as you are :S you don't seem at all tempted to break off of your habits either so you're on the right path.

just eat 500 calories less and dont expect to get stronger. or u will be bitterly dissapointed, or just add more treadmill or summin, erm fat burners are a fraud mate, they speed up ur heart, that is all, some of them fake it by heating ur body up and giving u a hot flush. good ones which r borderline illegal may make u feel bad so just do the first thing i said. talk to me if u want

Pretty sure most fat burners have lot's of caffeine and shit. I know I have a lot of buddies that take them pre-workout as they find it gives them a lot more energy.

ECA stack is good, be careful who you listen to on these forums, cause theres only a few who have a clue.

Ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin stack, can take gugglesterones too. Eph is illegal to buy but not take

Clenbutrol, specifically liquid clen, ran along side Test E can be fucking immense...

Depends how far you want to take it/how quickly you want it.

This, nothing else matters. Cals in and cals out while roughly hitting your macros. You dont need to do cardio and you can eat whatever you want.

I would not use them. If they were good for you a doctor would subscribe them to people who need them. You seem to live healthy so keep that up. Why do you take so many brew breaks. Are they necessary? Do you drink ATM?

Not going to read all the replys but i have a few personal trainers and what you should do if you havent and have some extra money is higher a trainer for a diet plan but make sure that tehy are a licenced  dietitian  because alot of things you see claiming to be a good diet wont really do the muscle gaining you realy want.. but sence your just trying to loose weight skip the snack or if you do have to have the snack fruite and water and if you can try to start joging its 150% more effective then rideing a bike. NOTE: If you want any further advice or if anyone needs help on weight lifing ect. just pm me on here or /query `Dalton. Thanks.

Yeh follow this guys advice......or not.

Firstly, there are many diets on the internet which are good. Its obvious what to eat on a cut lmao.

Secondly, my mum is a qualifed nutritional expert/dietitian, but knows fuck all about a weight training diet, so qualifications mean diddly squat.

Thirdly, where the fuck did you get the figure that running is 150% more effective than biking from?
