are you  using SV?

Yeh

right click the clip go to Event pan and crop

on the left hand side, there should part of it that says Source, under that there should be

maintain aspect ratio > yes

change maintain aspect ration to No

you have to do that to all your clips but it will expand the clips to fit the whole youtube page

Pure hybrid videos are like watching the same clip over and over for 5-10 minutes.
