Predator Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 Im going to apply for FOE (Not just now) These are the stats im planning to apply with. Attack - 60. Strength - 90. Defence - 1. Prayer - 44/52. Mage - 99. Range - 85/90. Hitpoints - 85/90. Bank around 45m net worth.
Ethan|Unicornz Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 As long as you meet the requirements stats shouldn't be a problem, as they are far from the main criteria when deciding on applications. Things that WILL help you a lot with your application: -Being familiar with the FOE community. Hang around on the forums and IRC, get to know some members and build up a good reputation. You will need referrals for your application, and longer-term friendships look a lot better than duelling someone you didn't know until yesterday. Member polls are also a big factor for your application, so being on people's good sides is definitely an advantage. -Knowing what to say. I highly recommend reading at least a few applications and the leaders' responses from now until you app, just to know what to expect. Seeing what the leaders see as a good or bad application, and having a good idea of what people who get accepted do, will mean your application will be a lot better. One thing that can make even the best applicant look incompetent, or the most mediocre one look knowledgeable, is grammar. Be sure to be tidy and understandable. -Activity. Play regularly, check your application as much as possible, and be sure to pay attention to what people say. Not only will this improve your application, it will show that you know how to follow directions, a very important skill for being in a clan. And most important of all, don't make an asshat of yourself at trips/events. Don't be that one applicant who doesn't know how to leave the clan he forgot he was in, and has to stand outside the fall-in for 15 minutes at the beginning of the trip whilst being ridiculed in TeamSpeak before finally getting added to the cc. Be sure to have everything you need to return so you aren't the one outside edge bank spamming "need 2 souls" while we're in the middle of a war. Sorry for the wall of text, but give it a read to make sure you have the best app a leader could ask for. Good luck, and feel free to PM [Foe]Unicornz in IRC if you have any questions.
Nxjr Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 Yes for sure! Make sure after you app stay active around the community such as, IRC, coming on TeamSpeak when you can and don't be a idiot :)

Scott|Wth Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 Other things that will help you shine in your application is Dungeoneering items, 57+ summoning and Overloads, so just something extra to think about when you choose too apply but they're aren't required(S).
