theman32131 Posted July 24, 2011 Author Posted July 24, 2011 Depends what you want, be more specific. Just a good diet, but my goals are building muscle.
I Meleed I Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 Building muscle eat 1 1/2g of Protein per lb in bodyweight you have, eat at a calorie surplus. For a generally good diet, avoid shitty carbs like white bread / white rice / other such things (biscuits sweets) stick to wholemeal. Eat more vegetables, broccoli is probably the best as it promotes muscle growth also. Cut out soda / fast food. Drink water, water is fucking great.

theZackster Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 For building muscle, I would suggest milk at every meal. Also peanut butter is not all that great because its 2 parts protein but also 1 part fat. Stick to leaner protein. For snacks, cottage cheese, cheese sticks are good. Meals try fish or white meats. Fat should be eliminated from most diets, or used as needed. - The Zackster

Backham Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 Nutrition and Diet both the term are correlate to each other. For taking nutrition more you have to take healthy and more calorie diet. But for the person who are facing extra fat problem are able to eat only diet conscious food. But you should also take diet which should provide more nutrition like fruit and salad.
