Mr-G-Maul Posted August 2, 2011 Posted August 2, 2011 Anyone got any decent exercises that hit your lower chest? I seem to have trouble with them since the only thing with decline at my gym is a barbell bench and a sit up bench, Any other ways to train it?
MikeQ Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Decline bench is the best by far. Dips will hit the lower pecs a little as well. I also do cable flyes at a slight angle, which does the trick.
