Lower Pecs

Anyone got any decent exercises that hit your lower chest? I seem to have trouble with them since the only thing with decline at my gym is a barbell bench and a sit up bench, Any other ways to train it?

Decline bench is the best by far. Dips will hit the lower pecs a little as well. I also do cable flyes at a slight angle, which does the trick.

perhaps, dips upright, so ur not leaning over making it a chest dip, or stand perfectly straight and cable crossover to ur crotch, might work.. decline bench tends to hit my triceps harder than anything lol

cable crossovers.

one foot infront of the other, slightly leaning in (SLIGHTLY, only to keep balance) and the cross over point about 10inches infront of your dick, arms SLIGHTLY bent. alternate which hand goes before the other in the cross over

yeh but i wouldnt bend over as much as him, and i would put one leg infront of the other for balance when doing heavier weights
