Need Help about Youtube, FAST!

So recently, I uploaded a video which is 7 minutes in length and 1.5Gb in size. I realize that your vid can only be 10 minutes and 2Gb for it to be uploaded to youtube.

I waited 7 hours, which is exactly for 7 minutes and when i uploaded it, it is only 4:42 long. can someone please help me?
