This is what I do:

Milk + ON Whey = Best smoothie/shake/ect

never liked the taste of Opti nutrition :(

and yeh some of these are stupid. You have the shake cause of nutritional value not cause it tastes nice.

im sure if i took some of these ingredients to the gym and blended them up i'd get bullied  :mellow: fucking 2x white chocolate bars, have you ever worked out in your life.

i said these recpies are to make them taste better, than you can cut down on the sugar

i just drink the milk+powder this is for like reallllllly new people...

Some of the shakes are okay sounding and I bet taste alright.  However the idea of white chocolate, heavy cream and other high sugar products included in the shake for pre/post workout drinking would probably make me feel sick.

Some of the shakes are okay sounding and I bet taste alright.  However the idea of white chocolate, heavy cream and other high sugar products included in the shake for pre/post workout drinking would probably make me feel sick.

Yeah they will, But again there for newbies, i added a little....um idk if i should call it a warrning or what not about them being high in sugar but yeah i posted it up there, the best ones are just:

Supplement +Normal/Red cap/Vitamin D milk (Only that kinda milk since its well rounded with vitamin's and protein ^.^

Some of thos esound pretty tasty, and I can afford to eat pretty much what I like as my metabolism is super fast and I do a shit load of cardio...

May try when I'm not feeling too lazy.
