I personally would.

- buy 91 herb

- buy chins for 99 range

- buy barrage casts for rocklobs

- Maybe 95 pray

- buy multiple sets of max mage / range & mele.

- spend 200m on pk supplies

I already have over 2b so I would just do what I've done till now, buy 2b worth of pking gear and keep selling the rest lol.
