Hype Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Hey guys, I'm pretty pissed off right now because I was planning on going to the gym alot from august 1st to the start of school. However, I fell mountain biking and I had to get elbow surgery so I can't really go to the gym. I was planning to get rid of most mt fat cause im pretty chubby, im not overweight i just dont have much muscle on me (140lbs, 15 years old). I was wondering if there is any effective way of doing so with use in only my right arm? I want to know some work outs to get rid of my man tits and belly pretty much without have to use my arms. Sorry if this is obvious like "faggot do some sit ups you mug" but I dont know anything about working out so.. yeh. this took me bloody forever to write -.- thanks for helping also, the only thing i have to work out on is a spinbike, but idk if it would help cut the fat off very well..
DeltaPapa Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Look into Cardio exercise (Jogging, cycling etc)
Hype Posted August 7, 2011 Author Posted August 7, 2011 Run. what would be more effective? Spin cycling 30mins in the morning 30mins at night or Running for the same amount in the morning and night for a month straight advice on foods to eat?
Steroids Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 running is most effective form of cardio most of the time, bump time up to 45 mins ea. as far as diet. none of the obvious.. no white carbs (bread/pasta/rice), all wholemeal. lean/white meats only. fruit & veg / multyvitamins. low fat alternatives to the norm. consume 500 calories less than is generally recommended for yourself, calcs r online. if you do everything perfectly you can drastically alter your physique in just one month.
Hype Posted August 7, 2011 Author Posted August 7, 2011 alright, is there a huge difference between running and cycling? big enough to suffer through the pain of my elbow bobbing up and down while running? thanks for the help. pics will be posted at the end of summer with succes... hopefully :p
Steroids Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 mix up the cardio, aslong as your heart-rate is in a fatburning stage then it doesn't really matter. also as ur a scrawny 15 year old you should be in cardiovascular training, 70%+ exaustion, more weight loss. training like this can provoke muscle wastage so is annoying for some, but luckily for you, it doesn't matter!
Adam|Spakka Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Greetings fellow mountain biker, what discipline do you ride? <3 & sorry wouldn't know where to start in advising you on your goals :/

Reevesy Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 lol just lift very light weights with strict form.. that is if ur arm does work he's trying to lose weight idiot who cares u can lift as well, and also, go do a 50 rep squat set, deep, better cardio than running phag
Mr-G-Maul Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 lol just lift very light weights with strict form.. that is if ur arm does work he's trying to lose weight idiot Actually lifting weights is probs better for losing weight then cardio machines you'd be surprised how effective they are.
Tom (Rendition) Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Swimming is the shit. You can do almost alls trokes with just one arm, and you can use it to nurse your injured arm back to fulls trength as it's a low impact excercise.
