It's frustrating because I know that I could be making the same sorts of gains with squat and deadlift if my back wasn't preventing me
Tom (Rendition) Posted January 16, 2012 Author Posted January 16, 2012 Yesterday: Flat bench: warm up sets 70*5 90*4 felt like i was getting spotted more than last week, really struggled =( 90*3 70*8 70*7 wankkkkk bench sesh military: 40*5 52.5*5 55*4 should be able to do 57.5 next week 40*9 40*8 reverse flys: 14*10 14*10 14*10 Idk why i did the same weight/reps 2 weeks running 50 chinups/pullups 11 10 10 9 10 dips: 3 sets of 15, so bad at dips nowadays, i think its cos i dont do much with triceps resisted straight punches: weight/reps doesnt matter shrugs: 38kg db's*10*3 ok, not great
