Steroids Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 hope ur not neglecting body parts lol. aslong as you know some good exercises its not hard to design ur own routine anyway. if ur primary goal is building muscle then most routines will generally be the same (give or take few exercises), excluding some with a change of rep timings. other singular muscle workouts are usually designed to break plateu's or just ones that you throw in on occasional weeks for shock value.

I dont have a routine wrote down as such but i do the same machines, weights everytime i train that muscle. lol u gotta do more each and every time, whether it be a slight increase in weight or an increase in reps, just rep the fuck out then add weight.

Im not neglecting I just wanted to see what you guys did for your chest and shoulders.
