Okay what you will need:

a peice of floor, some speakers, and some fucking determination.

start in the press up position, hovering an inch off the floor (arms bent obviously), press play to this song, and every time it says bring sally up, you go up so your at the top of your press up, then as it says bring sally down, you go into the down position an inch off the floor.

YOU MUST WAIT IN THE DOWN POSITION (dont rest on the floor!) until it says bring sally up!

This will slaughter your chest and triceps etc, aim to get as far into the song as you can if not complete it!

Good effort if you do! its rediculously hard.

This is the sort of endurance training ive been doing and this is still a killer. With correct technique ofcourse.

Well I don't have a video, so I guess I won't be gaining any e-cred (not a shit given).  I'm 72kg which makes the job alot easier.  Whatever lol.
