Tango_Oscar Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Okay what you will need: a peice of floor, some speakers, and some fucking determination. start in the press up position, hovering an inch off the floor (arms bent obviously), press play to this song, and every time it says bring sally up, you go up so your at the top of your press up, then as it says bring sally down, you go into the down position an inch off the floor. YOU MUST WAIT IN THE DOWN POSITION (dont rest on the floor!) until it says bring sally up! This will slaughter your chest and triceps etc, aim to get as far into the song as you can if not complete it! GOOD LUCK! 3sWb1iR2mzM
