I had turm with like 48 hp so I know what your going through :) HERE'S some tips, if you do train range + mage up

ALCH TO 94 DON'T USE COMBAT SPELLS the range will make your hp a little above others your combat. But the magic alching will make you have good range + mage stats for your level without overdoing your hp.

IMO, ur hp is a tad low, you'd be better at around 65hp with a bit higher range/str.

Someone told me I looked good with turmoil + fcape at that lvl and that I should use cape for everything, kinda like a sig item. BBut I'll def look into getting a ch staff, amazing bonuses compared to LBS >.<
