JibberNS Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 Kk First its alot better to have a pull-up bar or an iron gym bar to start off with.. Buy it online for like $20. :omg:THIS IS A HOME WORKOUT ONLY. NOT TO BE DONE AT A GYM. :omg: Set/Reps/wORKOUT loG Morning: 10 pull-ups 30 push-ups 12 chin-ups 35 push-ups 1 minute of planks Night: (Take it easy) 10 pull-ups 25 push-ups 10 chin-ups 25 push-ups 1 minute of planking Now this workout is just to start off for people that don't have as much strength as others.. U can gradually increase pullups/chinups by 1 each day but it gets rough. Each week u should be doing 5-10 more pushups than this workout. after 30 days youyll definetly be seeing upper body and core results. Both my parents are physical therapists and trust me its not easy living with em. Hope this helps for a nice quick workout at home guys:D btw u can totally get extreme with your pushups by doing military, spiderman, or one arm pushups later on. If you have questions on what these workouts are (planking, pullups/chinups) just comment. feedbacks also appreciated! :Hi: :nice:
