Just wondering if this is a good setup for bursting, (Bonus Xp Weekend coming up for those of you who don't know)

Should I sacrifice my prayer bonus for a God Cape?(10+ more magic bonus) Or take a few things off and add more prayer bonus?

your not praying 24/7.. d.w lad u will get a propa load of charms.. and its in 2weeks or so so try and bot dung for chaotic staff(24/7). or bot dem imbueds.
