Nice Eh The reason i have those altar tele-tabs is because they are fast ways to get to cities for example the air teletab teleports me right outside varrock to the air altar so its a fast method of transportation :D (btw all those runes i picked up off the floor :D)

hardest/best: dung, herb, slay, farm, mining
