ok so basically i'm fed up of being clueless for what to do everytime i hit the gym, is there anyone here who could write me a full weeks programme for muscle building?

Cheers, found Kris Gethin's 12 week programme, fits in with my lifestyle well, and started using the workout tracker on there too :D
