Where to train?

Alright so I'm starting up a new pure and I was wondering if you guys could offer me any good places where I could train it.

All the current levels of the account are 1.

I would be very grateful if you posted your suggestions in this format:

Example: 1-10 Range - First place

              20-30 Strength - Second place
