Pokemon stops at Gold/Silver

I kinda accepted ruby and sapphire but the "pokemon" in the newer DS games arent pokemon

Played up until Ruby and enjoyed them all

The majority of our generation though will hail Red & Blue as the best due to that nostalgic first time attachment

Havn't payed attention to any games after Ruby, I can probably imagine though that they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas at this stage, there's only so much creatures/animals you can slap an attack style onto and I doubt the game mechanic has changed drastically since Ruby

Agree with the part that they're running out of ideas

After the 2nd or 3rd gen they really starting changing how pokemon look

i loved the series and i loved playing my game boy for countless hours on pokemon red and pokemon gold. ohh man the memories.

I play competitive now. Games have improved dramatically in so many ways. Dat nostalgia from Blue will always remain though, those are the original games, can't be beaten, Missingo cheats, Lavender Town, etc, but the new games are still class, it doesn't end.

Pokemon is what we grew up with .. The series ya know. Loved it ! Pokemon yellow will always be my fav game . I had a lvl 100 pidgeot . Now they got pokemon black and white ? Havnt played it but yep pokemon games sucked after gold . Ps we grew up with bulbasaur charmander pikachu squirtle! Not a fucking treeko , mudkip and a torchic
