Basically make sure your a healthy fit lad, make you do press ups and stress positions and look at how the muscles work, check your joints, hearing, etc etc. Dont worry, tomorrow when i get home ill post exactly what it was like haha, i dont think ill be doing any cardio or anything, so if i fail, it aint due to how fit or strong i am, it would be a genetic factor such as bad kidney function or summat idk. Ill let you know
