Midg

My 18th is coming up & I'm thinking of getting a decent multi gym, preferably focusing on tricep, bicep, and chest.

Anyone know of any decent ones, or have any they recommend? Cheers!

All the gyms within half an hour of my house are complete shit. I'm gonna be busy a lot once I start college so I need it to fit around my day aswell.. Budget for it is £650, Surely there's a decent one for that?

Full home gym workout system pretty much.

alot of them are extremely shit or only go up to some pussy weight.

chose carefully, a gym membership would prob be more sufficient though. and do not just focus on a few muscle groups ffs, don't neglect!

midg. buy a squat cage and a bench to put in it for benching. and u can ofc deadlift from the floor and squat in the cage lol, try find a cage that has cable thing on it for pulldowns and rows etc

Yeah, my girlfriends brother has one and it's extremely shit. I can lift it all for every part, and I'm not a big guy. Yeah I'm starting to think a decent gym membership would be a better idea :/. I don't neglect! I want to focus on chest&tricep's atm because I dislike the current workouts I have for them, especially tri's.. I struggle like fuck to work them - hate it.

Some weider multigyms are okay, but £650 wont buy you much of one. Just invest that money into 2+ years of a good gym membership.

yh just get gym membership unless you're willing to spend over a grand on a home gym

Buy a cage, some dumbbells, olympic bar, E-Z bar, an adjustable bench, a pull up bar and you're all set pretty much.
