Midg Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 My 18th is coming up & I'm thinking of getting a decent multi gym, preferably focusing on tricep, bicep, and chest. Anyone know of any decent ones, or have any they recommend? Cheers!

I'm gonna be busy a lot once I start college so I need it to fit around my day aswell.. Budget for it is £650, Surely there's a decent one for that?
Steroids Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 alot of them are extremely shit or only go up to some pussy weight. chose carefully, a gym membership would prob be more sufficient though. and do not just focus on a few muscle groups ffs, don't neglect!
Reevesy Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 midg. buy a squat cage and a bench to put in it for benching. and u can ofc deadlift from the floor and squat in the cage lol, try find a cage that has cable thing on it for pulldowns and rows etc

Yeah, my girlfriends brother has one and it's extremely shit. I can lift it all for every part, and I'm not a big guy. Yeah I'm starting to think a decent gym membership would be a better idea :/. I don't neglect! I want to focus on chest&tricep's atm because I dislike the current workouts I have for them, especially tri's.. I struggle like fuck to work them - hate it.

Tango_Oscar Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Some weider multigyms are okay, but £650 wont buy you much of one. Just invest that money into 2+ years of a good gym membership.
Adam|Spakka Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 yh just get gym membership unless you're willing to spend over a grand on a home gym
Smush Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Buy a cage, some dumbbells, olympic bar, E-Z bar, an adjustable bench, a pull up bar and you're all set pretty much.
