I was thinking the same 35kg skull crushers damn that seems loads, but maybe i'm just saying that because its one of my weak areas

its a fair amount. ive done 50 for like 11 and 60 for 3 before lol, however tris r one of my better parts (i bring bar behind head btw, not to forehead)

whenever i do palms facing away my wrists hurt like fuck doesn't feel right, i do palms facing towards me but at a slight 45degree angle if u know what i mean using a combo bar or i'll just use the tricep bar
