Good to see the health & fitness logs still popping over 10 years later ha.

After not really lifting consistently AT ALL for most of those 10 years, last year I invested in a PT with aims to get into powerlifting. Gained a solid 20kg (80kg -> 100kg) in BW (from early spring time to late December) and all my lifts shot up. On the back of the new year I wanted to cut to lean out as I have never been lean, I have always been a skinny fat as a minimum and carried an absurd about of body hair. Currently 10 weeks into my cut, lost around 9kg so far. Another 6 weeks hopefully to get to a point where I am happy, visible abs (they are just poking through at the minute but still carrying a decent gut).
