Ranging Training on a pure

I was wondering where I could get the fastest ranging experience on a pure. I am currently using black knives at rock crabs on waterbirth island to 70 ranging. Where should I start training ranged at level 70? What thrown/bow+arrows should I use? Also, when chinning on a pure, is it best to go do it at the mummies in the Chaos Tunnels with grey chinchompas (I have done Monkey Madness)? Please post the experience rate for the method you are suggesting if you know it.

Hm yeah sw is good from 90+ But maybe Tzhaar monsters?

They are good money and i heard decent xp. But i wouldnt do them if you dont care about cash.

I suggest rock crabs until 65ish. After you attain 65 ranged, go to caged ogres at the combat training area northwest of Ardougne. I did that from 62 to 70 (took me two days). It is very good. Then I suggest you continue there until 75 or 80, but, if you want cash, get 55 slayer and range some blue dragons (need to have Watchtower Quest done). It is about 6.5k xp and 71k cash per inventory.
