Tom (Rendition) Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I was thinking of employing isometrics to try and make some progress with biceps. But i'm not 100 percent sure how you use them. How would you fit your isometric bicep curl into a bicep workout?

How would you fit your isometric bicep curl into a bicep workout? you wont get big arms by doing iso's mate, it will only help your joint strength. Just do heavy hammer curls, preachers, cable curls, barbell curls, undergrasp pull ups, just do anything heavy and 6-8 reps. you wont get big biceps from doing 15 reps at low weight. They FTMS so they need heavy contraction
