Account Reinstatement Still On?

Hey guys,

I quit a while ago but I feel like coming back to play as a pure.

My latest pure 5_A_N_D got banned during the Mass Soul Wars banning.

But i remember hearing about account reinstatements where you would pay some money and you would get your account back with stats lowered.

Is Jagex still doing this?

I got 3 accounts unbanned when it first came out. Then I posted again for a 4th and haven't had anything happen.

I believe they are still working on implementing this system into the game. Could be wrong though :P
