Basically title says it all......Whats the best way to cut? Most effiecient?

What are good thinks to eat/ not eat.

Whats the best excersises to do (I know cardios good, but I mean other things)

mega high protein, lowish carb, lower fat. honestly for calorie burning leg workouts r the best. high rep squats and legpresses, full motion not quarter like most pricks do lol, 20 rep continuous squat set or legpress, deep, ur gonna be panting like a mother fucker

high reps of most compound exercises, circuit training is also good.

high protein/fat, ultralow carbs. Research Keto diet its fucking ace but takes alot of getting used to.

Supplements side: for OTC you can take something like animal cuts, if you 'know people' you can get some winny or liquid clen (dont use unless your serious, just thought i'd advise you if your into that sort of stuff).

and 1 tip: dont do the same cardio time after time, make sure you change up your exercise, like from rowing to swimming to jogging etc.

also research HIIT (high intensity interval training).

Thanks I will look into that, and I dont think im that serious to looking at animal cuts etc... But thanks and what exactly do you mean by most compound excersises?

Google compound exercises....

deadlifts, squats, lunges, bench press, things like that (exercises which dont isolate one muscle).

Hi Spicy,

As you are trying to lose weight so some tips for you.

Prefer raw food over processed food,

Avoid beverages, soda and flavored juices,

Green tea is great to lose weight,

Besides cardio exercises aerobic exercises are also effective in losing weight.
