The "Turmoil" + "Handcannon" quests will be 47-50Defence.

The turmoil zerks nowadays who own "Turmoil" are barely a year old.

Secondly, Chilly never maxed out.

If you bothered to look her up, you would see she still hasn't maxed out Dungeon.

Sexy account but sadly you can't get a completionist cape/maxed overall without defence. You'll always be ranks lower and no1 cares about the fact that its harder to train without defence.

Yeh, the turmoil update did screw a lot of the old 45 defers over... I can see drama occurring if someone with 45 defense totally maxes out, but it's unlikely b/c dung is such a pain. I got 120 dung with 1 defense, can't even be bothered to dung anymore except for monies. Great accomplishment nonetheless once you get there, I'm going for maxed as well; will be nice to be the first maxed total gmauler.
