Bikes - Need some help

Looking for a new bike to cycle to and from the gym. About 30mins ride to get there. Im not looking to spend more than £200. Im not looking for some proper nerdy little racing/road bike. For some reason i cant seem to find any good bikes thought u can help me out.

Best option would be to pop into your local Decathlon and buying their Rockrider 5.2, i've owned 1 for like 5 years and it's never let me down.

Don't get a full suspension/argos/supermarket bike, don't buy anything without being able to test ride it first & make sure it's not too heavy (should be able to pick it up and hold it on your shoulder with little effort)
