Tango_Oscar Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 to bench press more weight you simply need to bench, if you do it three times a week, monday wednesday friday and aim to do 5lbs more a week. If you eat alot you will get stronger quickly. However im assuming this is purely to get better at benching and nothing else. Otherwise train normally, and EVERY muscle group

Smush Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 5'9 175 lbs benching 100x10 is all right. The way to get better at benching is to .... BENCH. Eat more. But as said above work on other exercises unless you want to look disproportionate.
