I want it all, the diet plans for bulking, exercise plans. Haven't done this in 3 years, going to need a jump start.

Story:

Used to be big, got lazy for 3 years, now i'm a slob :D

Note that any flame will be reported, and disregarded.

Nevermind then...

Diet is so very important and you have that home gym so just start working out regularly. Come up with a decent routine and stick to it.

ill answer specific questions but for general ones like that, the obvious choice is to go to a bodybuilding forum and read ALOT of stickied topics.

If you're looking to dirty bulk and it fits your macros and you don't care about gaining massive amounts of fat ... then by all means eat McDonalds. I mean for $5 I can get FIVE McChickens. That easily 70g of protein and 2k+ calories.

Amen, i hate to be a troll here but if you've been as big as you say you were, you would know how to put muscle on and how to do it. You dont just lose that knowledge in 3 years?
