Did something different since I'm on a plateau.

Bench Press

I went down on weight and upped the reps, cause I just wanna get toned. Not too big or bulky.

to be fair you are NOT on a plateau, not even remotely close, the plateau is the absolute natural limit that you can put urself too, then its bands and boards n chains to destroy that, then its roids after that. u merely encountered a sticking point however i dont know how if ur 'foreverbulking'

Lol the last part was a joke, no I swear that workout killed me. I'm feeling it the next day and I'm pretty sure it's a routine. I like to mix things up because I've been stuck at 185 since summer. It's something different that I wanted to try, cause traditional 5x5 and 3x10 don't seem to do anything.

edit: might try it again and then see my max later this month. bench press has been at a stand still for a longgg time. only db press has gone up.

That is true. I haven't been eating over my calories since school started. I've been stuck at around 170 since summer lol.

Gotta work on that diet. And of course last part was a jk.

do u even do close grip, that is important.

hmm, only done it once or twice, i'll do it next time for sure.

so instead of eating on a proper diet that is scientificly proven to break ur "plateu" of not gaining any weight, u decide to do 100 sets of bench.

1 lb a week? hmmm, looks like i gotta up my caloric intake by A LOT ... time to buy some more eggs and bananas.

but yeah ultimately my goal is to be shredded at around 185-190.

lol. maintenance +500 a day. 3500 cals is 1lb of fat, which u obv dont gain but yea. 500 a day above

Was doing wrestling workouts today, had to run 2 miles, do 40 pullups, and handfight over the length of 200m.

I am dead. I was winded out, and today I found out how bad my cardio is. Lats and cardio are my achilles heel.

Looks like I might start running a mile a day. Goodbye mass.

I don't get it. It's about cardiovascular endurance, not calories in and out. Even if I ate 500 calories before hand, it wouldn't change my time.  It's all about dat dere endurance.

I don't get it. It's about cardiovascular endurance, not calories in and out. Even if I ate 500 calories before hand, it wouldn't change my time.  It's all about dat dere endurance.

u can get physically fitter whilst weighing more

Your DB raises seem pretty light compare to other exercises.  I would of thought you should be doing 15 atleast.

yeh not hard to compensate the lost calories and keep adding mass whilst improving cardiovasculy.

Your DB raises seem pretty light compare to other exercises.  I would of thought you should be doing 15 atleast.

Hehe should have clarified. The cheap hotel gym I go to only has 10 lb DB's and the next highest one is 25 lbs...

Sooo either great form and feel the burn with 10 lbs ... or do horrible form and can't get it up with 25 lbs..

Higher weight isn't ideal for DB raises, it's suppose to be slow and controlled the entire time and 10 lbs gets me tired, don't get me wrong.

edit: yeah steroids, i'm going to work on my cardio, just gotta eat more.

ur brainwashed by media. less than a 1% chance of any side-effects post cycle when correct precautions are taken. tht statement will always be correct untill ur bringing something like insulin etc into the equation. im right ur wrong, im big ur small, ur a mug im the kingpig. come at me.
