My leg press machine is like different from yours, mine is like ... an actual legpress. And I can probably max squat with a belt 275+. Smush Posted December 27, 2011 Author Posted December 27, 2011 45 minutes to an hour. I already have a set plan pretty much to go in and out. The only time I stay long is when friends hop along and I have to wait for them to finish their set. Restart your log again.
