Estimated price for an animated sig?

I'm not looking for anything special, I just want 4-6 transitions of text with different colour fonts and maybe a few pictures.

I have an idea in mind but it's no good me having an idea if it's gonna cost me a bomb to get it made.

just wondering what sort of price range i'm looking at? if you're interested in the idea and have a fair price then let me know and i'll explain my idea in full.

thanks guiz.

depends on how much detail you want, if it's just some average text with some basic fx that swaps text/colours etc it'd probably take like 5 minutes and wouldn't cost you a thing.

Depends on the person, genially if you asked me or Conn nicely most likely you would get it for free

although as ive started to scape again i need cash...

then again Conn is better at animation than me....

...what?

So that's how you boost your post count... By being useless... I see...

@Conn I mean does the price depend on the amount of time it takes you to make it? don't really see how that's hard to understand tbh but there ya go anyway

Well if your doing things for free i may just be able to think up an idea for an animation

go ahead! my imagination is crap tbh so your animation idea is probably 10 times better than my idea altogether

Start putting down what you want, and maybe they'll be able to give you an estimate. Basically what they are trying to say is that if it's really simple and wouldn't take long at all, theres no point in them charging you for such little effort. But if you want them to start getting creative and making you a masterpiece you should be willing to pay

Honestly my best advice to you is sit down, write down all your ideas in one post, as descriptive as possible, then see what they say. It's not like the GFX artists here are nazi about prices.

You're getting the hang of how we operate in the Matrix, aren't you?

you thought of any ideas yet?

Still dont no what the content is were supposed to be working with.

Genially someone would post the images/links to the images they want edited

say what they want/ or give a brief idea into what they want

if no one has got back to them within a day/2 inbox gfx'rs and ask them personal if they can do it/ negotiate what the terms are/free or paid

^

Makes life much easier if you do things like that, although half the gfx team has become inactive so your limited to who you can choose now. :(

(check gallery to see whos work you like and choose that way if in doubt on who to choose)
