Edje Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Nice thread. I'm actually "trying" to bulk. Since I'm not a good eater it's the hardest part for me :P. Is the use of a proteïn shake after a training a wise thing to do while bulking? or is it better to first get my food diagram all right? `ed
