Got mine on monday, just showing its not a piece of cake :p

The bare minimum is:

72 press ups in 90 seconds (close hands, search royal marine press ups on youtube).

110 sit ups in 2 minutes

1.5 mile run on treadmill at 2% incline in 12mins30 or under

followed by a 30second rest

then 1.5mile run on a treadmill at 2% incline in 9mins or under

Should be hard but press ups bit should be farely easy when i was doing boxing i could do atleast 57 in a minute ive always did that with my hands close together the 2 runs should be farely difficult after each other.

The pushups and the situps won't be a problem for you I imagined.

The two 1.5 mile rune in between seems a bit tiring though.

Thats because our total armed force is sworn to her majesty? hence royal? are you a cunt?

Also the US marines are shit compared to Royal marines, the RM have the best and longest training out of any standard NATO force (not including the elite forces such as SAS, SBS and Delta force).

Inbefore USMC are the best and all that shit from amerifag nerds who havent researched anything

yeh the press ups are easy, i did 60ish in 45 secs earlier, ill be aiming for 110ish. They have to be perfect technique though

similar to a Karate lesson, bit more strict on time i take it

as mentioned tho whats the pass rate, would be interested in that?

might try the training sometime soon.
