Tango_Oscar Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Got mine on monday, just showing its not a piece of cake :p The bare minimum is: 72 press ups in 90 seconds (close hands, search royal marine press ups on youtube). 110 sit ups in 2 minutes 1.5 mile run on treadmill at 2% incline in 12mins30 or under followed by a 30second rest then 1.5mile run on a treadmill at 2% incline in 9mins or under

Also the US marines are shit compared to Royal marines, the RM have the best and longest training out of any standard NATO force (not including the elite forces such as SAS, SBS and Delta force). They have to be perfect technique though
