inb4 i thought u were on a bulk y u eating peanutbutter.

yes as description says;
i accidently threw the egg shell past the bin :(
in total there is;
1.5teasp coffee
100ml water
400ml milk
3 scoops protein, 90g powder = 63g protein.
30g? peanutbutter
1 large egg

in total there is
93g protein
27g carbs
29g fat
741 calories.

this actually fills me for quite a while lol. tastes good 2.

how to have your daily saturates in 1 meal. I suppose you dont care about looking in shape though, just wanna get stronger

dont jump on the calories in vs out bandwagon, at the end of the day, if your calories in/out were in proportion you wouldnt be as chubby. Your supposed to be cutting, thats a shit cutting meal.

Agreed with the cals in/out but each macronutrient plays a different role.

imo, i would rather buy a mass gainer. its a lot easier.

na pointless. the way i see it is that all weightgainer is, is carb + whey.. its like cocaine thats been cut. carbs are very very easy to intake via food. so i'd rather just whey + food.

i usually have 5 scoops of peanut butter, 10 scoops of whey protein, 5 scoops of maltodextrin, 3 chicken breasts, a tin of tuna, 30grams of creatine and a litre of milk.

Only cause im cuttin though, normally i just have a sandwiche
