Reevesy Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 Ydv6dGgzkpM inb4 i thought u were on a bulk y u eating peanutbutter. still gotta eat fat brah'z yes as description says; i accidently threw the egg shell past the bin :( in total there is; 1.5teasp coffee 100ml water 400ml milk 3 scoops protein, 90g powder = 63g protein. 30g? peanutbutter 1 large egg in total there is 93g protein 27g carbs 29g fat 741 calories. this actually fills me for quite a while lol. tastes good 2.

Your supposed to be cutting, thats a shit cutting meal. Agreed with the cals in/out but each macronutrient plays a different role.
