B L l l T Z Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 i usually have 5 scoops of peanut butter, 10 scoops of whey protein, 5 scoops of maltodextrin, 3 chicken breasts, a tin of tuna, 30grams of creatine and a litre of milk. Only cause im cuttin though, normally i just have a sandwiche ur candt bee srs?
