i usually have 5 scoops of peanut butter, 10 scoops of whey protein, 5 scoops of maltodextrin, 3 chicken breasts, a tin of tuna, 30grams of creatine and a litre of milk.

Only cause im cuttin though, normally i just have a sandwiche

why, ive calculated that having 3k calories a day ill get ripped in 6 days, 7 days if i take it steady.

Hey whats the xp/h, i'm 61 cooking right now

this took me approximately 3 minutes and 18 seconds from start to finish and i gained 17844 xp during this process, however you do not meet the required level. you must have a level of 86 and above to make the megashake
